BLOOM CAMPAIGN PHOTOGRAPHY for the Portuguese brand Nazareth

This was the inspiration and guiding thread that sparked the Creative Direction, styling, and editorial photography for the launch of the BLOOM collection.

When we are challenged to photograph a brand, we like to understand the intention and positioning the brand aims to achieve in an editorial campaign. The client wanted to position the brand with a premium, sophisticated, and urban image. Márcia, in addition to being the founder of NAZARETH, is also the creative director and the face of the brand for its own campaigns. With all these insights to work with, we chose Porto as the backdrop to bring soul to this campaign.

CREATIVE PROCESS

Just as in building a person’s visual identity, the brand also “dresses.” In this editorial campaign project, we developed an in-house study of how we intended to visually position the brand and product for the Bloom campaign with the goal of generating an emotional response from the brand’s community, strengthening the concept of mixing stripes and other patterns in a feminine, bold, and sophisticated way.

Our styling process studies how the clothes will be worn and combined: by colors, layers, overlapping pieces, hairstyles, makeup, and all the accessories that make up the look. For this work, we relied on the archive of our in-house Stylist, Patrícia Silvério, and the collaboration of brands that are part of our community.

E-COMMERCE PROJECT on Shopify

After creating the BLOOM campaign for Nazareth, we implemented the brand’s e-commerce on the Shopify platform with the visual identity we designed with @marcia_nazareth

The product page deserves special mention as we designed a dynamic visual between the product photo and the editorial campaign:
The product photos captured have the mission of showing the details of each piece in the collection, making them clear to the consumer. These photos also allow for the creation of creative content and are the perfect tool for working on the brand’s press relations with specialized media.
The editorial photo aims to position the brand’s aesthetic visual: how to combine the brand’s pieces, the styling the brand wants to promote, and its status. This visual combination strengthens NAZARETH’s colorful and bold identity, making it dynamic.
