By using our website and/or registering for any of our events, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you read the information below carefully before proceeding with any registration or purchase.

Palco Collective organises mentoring, workshops and in-person and/or online training programmes with the aim of promoting participants’ personal and professional development.
By purchasing our events, the participant agrees to comply with the conditions set out in this document.
Palco Collective reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be published on our website and will take effect immediately.
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer and payments via PayPal. All processing is secure through WooCommerce.
Invoices will be issued upon request, and the participant must provide the necessary details at the time of purchase.
Mentoring sessions are non-refundable after purchase.
Exceptions: Documented emergencies (e.g., a medical certificate) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
You may reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for rescheduling.
If you have registered for a training programme or workshop, you may cancel your registration provided that the request is made in writing to hello@palcocollective.com.
To be entitled to a full refund, you must submit your cancellation request up to 15 days before the event date. Cancellations made after that date will not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of force majeure, to be assessed by Palco Collective.
If the event is cancelled by Palco Collective, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
During workshops and training programmes, images and videos of participants may be captured for the purpose of promoting and publicising Palco Collective events. By participating, the participant authorises the use of their image, unless otherwise indicated in writing before the start of the event.
All content of the workshops and training programmes, including supporting materials, presentations and videos, is protected by copyright. Its reproduction, distribution or use for other purposes without the express authorisation of Palco Collective is strictly prohibited.
It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that they have the necessary health and physical conditions to take part in the workshops and training programmes, especially in events involving physical activities.
Palco Collective shall not be liable for accidents or incidents that occur during the event due to the participant’s negligence or health conditions.
Palco Collective shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or changes to events caused by external factors, such as weather conditions, strikes, pandemics or other force majeure situations.
Palco Collective shall also not be liable for any damage to, or loss of, personal belongings during events.
Palco Collective undertakes to protect the privacy of the personal data provided by participants. The data collected will be used exclusively for event management purposes and communication with participants.
The participant has the right to access, rectify or request the deletion of their data at any time by contacting us via hello@palcocollective.com.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
In the event of a dispute related to these Terms and Conditions, Palco Collective and the participant undertake to attempt to resolve the conflict amicably. In the absence of an agreement, the court of the Lisbon district shall have jurisdiction.
