REBRANDING
Undertouch approached PALCO to develop its brand strategy and positioning, strengthening its purpose and the new strategic direction of the business. With over 26 years of experience in the textile sector, the company felt the need to update its digital presence and align its communication with the markets in which it operates.
Our mission was to help Undertouch define this new path, developing a solid strategy and a visual identity that conveyed its vision and values, preparing the brand to seize new opportunities.
STRATEGY
The name Undertouch conveys the idea of underwear as a second skin – intimate, close, and essential. The “under” refers to its discreet and invisible nature, while “touch” emphasizes the detail, softness, and sensory experience that the brand offers.
In the strategy, we positioned Undertouch as a trusted partner in developing underwear, sportswear, and swimwear collections, capable of supporting both small productions for emerging digital brands and large productions for established brands.
Beyond branding, we developed the new website, designed to strengthen the brand’s digital presence and translate its identity into the online environment. This strategy also extends to brand activation on social media, with content that consolidates positioning and brings Undertouch closer to its community.
VISUAL IDENTITY
The logo adopts a contemporary and distinctive typography, while the symbol, inspired by the braille system, reinforces the centrality of touch – the essence of Undertouch.
The color palette in light and soft tones conveys comfort, sensitivity, and trust, while the Brand Look reflects the concept of “second skin,” translating the intimate relationship between body, movement, and identity.
CAMPAIGN
Based on the visual universe created, we also developed the styling and production of the Undertouch campaign, designed to feed the brand’s new communication channels – website, social media, and institutional materials.
The campaign explores the theme of second skin, highlighting the comfort of the fabric on the body and freedom of movement. More than communicating products, it conveys an attitude: wearing Undertouch is wearing confidence, identity, and authenticity.
