BRAND START is a group training programme delivered in person at PALCO COLLECTIVE. This programme is aimed at entrepreneurs or business owners who have a business idea but do not know where to start, as well as those who already have an established business but feel the need to structure it and are looking to improve it through a rebrand.   Objective: In this training, we will guide you through all the steps involved in designing a business, from creating its story, purpose, visual identity and product, as well as the corresponding communication materials and other strategies we apply to the brands we develop. This training will include special guests, whom we believe will add value for all participants. If you have registered for a training course, you may cancel your registration provided the request is made in writing to the email hello@palcocollective.com.

To be entitled to a full refund, you must submit your cancellation request up to 15 days before the event date. Cancellations made after that date will not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of force majeure, to be assessed by Palco Collective.

If the event is cancelled by Palco Collective, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.

The event will be canceled and all registered participants will be fully refunded and invited to our VIP list for future events.

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, and PayPal payments. All processing is secure through WooCommerce Payments.

Yes, we use SSL encryption and comply with PCI DSS standards. We never store sensitive card data.

Within 24 hours, you will receive an email with:

  • Invitation to schedule (1:1 sessions)

  • Instructions for in-person events

Mentoring sessions must be scheduled within 15 days of purchase.

You may reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for rescheduling.

Mentoring sessions are non-refundable after purchase.
Exceptions: Documented emergencies (e.g., a medical certificate) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
