What is the cancellation policy for a training course or workshop?
If you have registered for a training course, you may cancel your registration provided the request is made in writing to the email hello@palcocollective.com.
To be entitled to a full refund, you must submit your cancellation request up to 15 days before the event date. Cancellations made after that date will not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of force majeure, to be assessed by Palco Collective.
If the event is cancelled by Palco Collective, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
What happens if the minimum number of participants is not reached?
The event will be canceled and all registered participants will be fully refunded and invited to our VIP list for future events.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, and PayPal payments. All processing is secure through WooCommerce Payments.
Are payments secure?
Yes, we use SSL encryption and comply with PCI DSS standards. We never store sensitive card data.
How do I access the mentoring/training sessions after purchase?
Within 24 hours, you will receive an email with:

Are there deadlines for scheduling mentoring sessions?
Mentoring sessions must be scheduled within 15 days of purchase.
What is the policy for rescheduling a mentoring session?
You may reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for rescheduling.
Is it possible to cancel a mentoring session?
Mentoring sessions are non-refundable after purchase.
Exceptions: Documented emergencies (e.g., a medical certificate) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
