SOURCETEXTILE is a textile company based in Braga. This is a company that did not have a positioning in digital channels. When the textile contacted us, their goal was to raise their positioning according to their values and mission. The first meeting was very interesting and we immediately sympathized with the founder and the creative director of the company.
Paulo Barbosa, the founder of the company made a point of being present at the meeting. His request was very specific: “we want an image aligned with our values. We want something outside the box”. It was an intense meeting where we got to know SOURCETEXTILE’s purpose and mission.
We worked on a new MANIFESTO for SOURCETEXTILE taking into consideration its social and environmental responsibility. The company has a huge concern about the waste that creates every day. To combat this, there is a huge collective awareness that extends throughout its community: employees, suppliers and customers.
Our mission was to create a manifesto that portrays the brand’s values. This manifesto is the starting point for all storytelling on the platforms where SOURCETEXTILE is present.

We design and shape clothes, which gives identity and life to brands and people.
Clothes give comfort, are DNA and are states of spirits. However, our purpose is also about people and planet. We are not the fashion revolution, but we are the collective that wants to contribute to a better world. We wish to instill and send a message to the entire universe of brands:
Put on ecological awareness. All together, we can be the clean seal on the face. Together we will stop choking our home and the planet. It may seem like today’s trend. But it’s not.
Sustainability, is the key that promises to open doors of the FASHION industry to let in a less black and greener future, is not a thing of the now. The little we do today is the much of tomorrow.

After the creation of the manifesto and setting the tone of the communication, we developed the visual culture and aesthetics of the image of SOURCETEXTILE’s site.
We thought in detail all the points of contact and diffusion of the main message to deliver to the company’s target audience: slow fashion brands.
To transmit the culture, purpose and manifesto, we created an editorial that communicates the essence and DNA of the SOURCETEXTILE brand.
Curiosities about the session:
- For SOURCETEXTILE’s “What We Balieve“ editorial, we took textile waste and gave this raw material a second life. With this waste, our team developed sleeves, scarves and a vest. It took many hours of work but the final result was amazing.
- The shoot took place on a green hill, close to the place where SOURCETEXTILE plants about 100 trees every year.
